I put myself on the sidelines for years as I tried to squeeze into the tight, quiet, glass box society said all women should be in. I was scared to try new things or use my voice for things that mattered to me. Eventually, I didn’t even know what I was passionate about anymore.

When I finally hit rock bottom I decided it was time to disrupt everything I believed about the way I ‘should’ be. I learned to experience connection, grow with purpose, and rebel… humbly, of course!
