I'm Vanessa, a business strategist and operations consultant who helps expanding entrepreneurs stop being the bottleneck in their own business.
With nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, event operations, and high-ticket client success, I've built businesses from the ground up, led high-performing teams, and worked deep inside the backend of scaling companies. As Manager of High Ticket Client Success at Mastermind.com, I oversaw community engagement, retention systems, and coaching operations for hundreds of business owners at once — and I've watched firsthand what happens when the backend is built right, and what it quietly costs when it isn't.
Through my consulting work, I help founders build out their Circle communities, document their systems, and create onboarding and training processes that finally duplicate what's living in your head — so your business can grow without you holding every single piece together.
